Founder of The Dublin Wine Company
The Dublin Wine Company offers an exciting selection of modern artisan wines cultivated by passionate ecologically aware vineyards from around the world.
Our partners are often the fourth, fifth or sixth generation of their family to run their estates and they do so with an eye on handing over to the next generation. Time after time we hear from them about the bio-dynamic and sustainable methods of cultivation they are leading other agricultural sectors in. In all areas, from soil preparation to planting, picking, making and distributing their wines, they do things in a way that keeps the vineyards naturally healthy and productive over the long term.
As a result, many of the wines we sell are either organically farmed or grown in accordance with best bio-dynamic and sustainable practices.
